1. Applicability

These terms apply to every order and agreement made through our webshop.

2. Formation of the agreement

The agreement is concluded when you confirm your order and we confirm receipt by e-mail.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro and include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors do not bind us.

4. Delivery

Delivery takes place as described in our shipping policy. Stated delivery times are indicative.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with our return policy.

6. Warranty and conformity

You are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement. In addition to your statutory rights, the manufacturer warranty of the relevant brand applies.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law.
