Refund

Once we have received and checked your return in good condition, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method you used.

Conditions

• The product is unused and complete.
• The return was registered in advance via info@easeo.nl.
• In case of diminished value due to handling beyond what is needed to assess the product, we may withhold part of the amount.

We refund the shipping cost of the original delivery; the cost of the return shipment is at your expense, unless agreed otherwise.
