Return Policy

Cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You then have 14 days to return the product.

How to return

1. Register your return via info@easeo.nl, stating your order number.
2. Return the product unused and, if possible, in its original packaging to the address we provide.
3. The cost of the return shipment is at your expense, unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

Exceptions

Custom-made products or products sealed for hygiene reasons may be excluded from return, to the extent permitted by law.
